  • Become a better movement teacher with techniques that even your most unaware clients will respond to.
  • Add motor imagery and mirroring skills to your teaching toolkit.
  • Learn the five fundamental concepts and change stiff to fluid.
  • Learn to adapt your current movement lessons, exercises and poses to the needs of your clients.
  • Improve your own movement possibilities and learn how to model them for your clients' benefit.

Instructor Bio:

Get to know Anita Boser, Board Certified Structural IntegratorCM, Certified Hellerwork Practitioner, and author of Undulation: Relieve Stiffness and Feel Young.

Anita Boser, Board Certified Structural Integrator In 2007, Anita wrote and self-published Relieve Stiffness and Feel Young with Undulation. The book included 52 therapeutic exercises that Undulation workshop, relieve back pain she created for her clients, with the idea that they would do an exercise a week. She presented workshops across the United States and in Canada and wrote articles for many publications.

In 2016, she released a second edition, Undulation: Relieve Stiffness and Feel Young, which includes the same exercises, but organized them into sections so readers can find the ones that would help them most. Anita hasn’t been chosen for a sports team recently, but she has joined a belly dance troupe and taught yoga and dance. At 52, she is stronger and more flexible than any other time in her life. “It’s like I was the uncoordinated duckling who undulated into a graceful swan,” she says, “If my body can change like this, I know that anyone can get the same results.” Credentials and Training Anita graduated from The Institute of Structural Medicine in August 2001, where she studied with leading Hellerwork practitioners. She has completed over 650 hours of continuing education (see curriculum vitae below for details). She passed the Certification Exam for Board Certified Structural Integrator and became a Board Certified Structural IntegratorCM in 2015.

Anita also completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training with Robin Rothenberg and is a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour level. She has participated in planning the Fascia Research Congress and recently joined the Board of Directors of the Ida P. Rolf Research Foundation.
