IASI 2021 Symposium Terms & ConditionsCancellation Policy Cancellations of registration may be made through Monday, February 22, 2021. Registrants will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations after Monday, February 22, 2021. The registrant can substitute another attendee no later than Friday, March 19, 2021. All requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Technical Failure Policy It is the responsibility of the registrant to confirm system requirements and test their computers prior to the start of each virtual session. If a technical failure is the fault of the service provider and the session is not able to be broadcast as planned, IASI reserves the right to reschedule the session. If an attendee experiences a technical failure on their end, IASI is not responsible for refunding the participant or providing applicable PDH hours. Consent Release If I am chosen or volunteer to participate in a demonstration at the event, I understand it is necessary for the individual to touch my body in an appropriate manner and each individual will be appropriately clothed at all times. I further understand that I may, at any time and for whatever reason, revoke such permission and consent, and can choose to discontinue the demonstration. Photo & Recording Release I may be captured in photos or recorded at the event and those photos and recordings may be used in IASI promotional materials. IASI Liability Waiver IASI cannot be held liable for events beyond its control, such as acts of God, government regulations, disasters or weather-related hazards, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, pandemic, epidemic, or any other emergency making it inadvisable or impossible to have the Symposium. IASI will make every effort to inform the participants as soon as possible should such an event occur to enable the participants to cancel hotel and flight arrangements. Attendee Roster Attendees are given the chance to receive further networking connections, educational opportunities, and/or materials from supporters. Signing up for the attendee roster can open new doors for you and your business. This roster will contain your name and contact information and can be distributed electronically to attendees, symposium speakers, exhibitors, and/or sponsors. IASI may also list your name and city on the IASI 2021 website to show your engagement in the event. Code of Conduct - (Subject to updates up until the start of the event) IASI events are community events intended for education, networking, and collaboration. We value the participation of everyone and want all attendees to have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. Accordingly, all attendees are expected to show respect and courtesy to other attendees throughout all events hosted in the IASI space. To make clear what is expected, all attendees, speakers, exhibitors, organizers, and volunteers at any virtual event are required to conform to the following Code of Conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. In registering for and/or participating in this event, you consent to comply with the following Code of Conduct.
